It is processed by hand by craftsmen, and has been processed to have a natural texture with a thick beard that looks like old clothes. Even if you say secondary processing in a nutshell, the finish will differ depending on what kind of processing factory it is.

A production example that aims to balance adjustment while keeping the goodness of conventional processing methods (manual work) while being conscious of sustainability. In creating this product sample, we asked our affiliated processing factory to create it as much as possible. The point is that we use a machine called e-flow for processing in a sustainable approach. This makes it possible to greatly reduce the use of water and chemicals required in the processing process.  

A product sample that expresses worn-out and repaired denim pants with a vintage twist, referring to an old 501. We carefully express the process of sewing and repairing the same fabric on the heavily damaged areas using a zigzag sewing machine. This sample is an example of a realistic processing feeling and reproducibility compared to the processing sample used as a reference.

In order to bring out the repaired feeling that you see in vintage jeans, we use bandanas and denim fabrics with different processing to create a realistic look. The distressed finish, which tends to give a hard impression, has been carefully adjusted so that even women can wear it with the right balance.
